2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our online shop at www.epiessence.co.za, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

3. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We deliver throughout South Africa via trusted courier partners. Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please email epiessence@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

• EFT -request banking details via whatsapp
• Ewallet/ Cash Send - request via whatsapp
